The German-African Business Summit (GABS) is Germany's signature business event in Africa. It bridges the gap between the highly industrialized German economy and the dynamic, rapidly emerging markets across Sub-Saharan Africa.

SAFRI is a joint initiative of Germany's leading business federations: the German-African Business Association (AV), the Federation of German Industries (BDI), the Federation of German Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services (BGA), and the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK).
