Eligibility & Process

No. The partnership agreement is between GhanaTRVL and your association at no cost to the association itself. The benefit flows directly to your members through preferential subscription rates.
Any business that is a verified member of a signed partner association. Membership verification is managed by the association. We set the rate; you confirm eligibility.
All of your members that have a current membership with your association and can provide the membership number as well.
A signed partnership agreement, a logo and short description for your profile on the Partners page, and a nominated point of contact for member verification and ongoing communication. That is it. As part of the discussions before signing up, we would like to get a good idea of what your members really be helped with. And after that, we can start on jointly building your standard website, if you so wish.
Yes, and we encourage it. We provide partner associations with clear materials to communicate the benefit internally. We are also available to present at association meetings or events if that helps drive uptake. There is also a financial benefit for the Association when members join / renew.
Yes. We provide partner associations with periodic reporting on the number of active member subscriptions, so you have visibility into the value being delivered to your membership base.
Standard pricing is published on our Services and Pricing page. The association preferential rate is set per signed agreement and is normally 15%. Contact our partnerships team or your association directly to confirm the applicable rate.

Trust & Independence

No. GhanaTRVL doesn't seek to control your association's governance, communications, or policy positions. The partnership is cooperative, not institutional merger.
No. GhanaTRVL doesn't represent your association institutionally and doesn't act on your behalf. Any cross-promotion (banners, references) is optional and can be removed at your association's request.
No. Participation is entirely voluntary for both the association and individual members. Your members remain free to work with any other platform or marketing initiative alongside GhanaTRVL.
GhanaTRVL doesn't claim ownership of any data belonging to your association or its members. You retain full ownership and control over your data while the member retains full ownership and control over their data. GhanaTRVL is strictly bound by the GDPR and Privacy rules in place in the EU and Ghana.
No. Any technical assistance is offered as a courtesy, not a structural dependency. Your association can move its domain and hosting elsewhere at any time.
Yes. A straightforward termination clause lets either party discontinue with written notice - no disruption to your association's independent operations or to any members already using GhanaTRVL directly.
